На оригінальну продукцію PUCCINI поширюється дворічна гарантія. Інформація та умови гарантії містяться на етикетці продукту. Відповідальність за гарантією поширюється лише на дефекти, що виникли через причини, властиві проданому товару. Щоб продавець розглянув скаргу, покупець повинен відправити повідомлення на [email protected] з зазначення в темі - номером замовлення і словом "Рекламація" та доданими фото пошкоджень продукту. Водночас повідомляємо, що, подаючи скаргу, клієнт заявляє, що переданий товар був придбаний у магазині puccini.ua. Якщо буде виявлено, що товар не був придбаний у жодному з перерахованих вище місцях, особа, яка повертає, несе витрати на отримання товару від PUCCINI та зможе повернути його відповідному продавцю самостійно.
